Firecakes:

Ingredients:  1/2 Cup flour (use wheat flour if you have it), 1/4 Cup of water, pinch of salt (if you were lucky to have some)

In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, and water until it sticks together.  Roll the dough into a ball.  Divide in half or fourths. Pat the dough balls flat in your hands.  Put onto a parchemnt lined baking sheet and bake at 450 for 30 minutes.  OR try the authentic method of dropping the dough onto a hot stone in a fire.  Your guess is as good as mine as to how long these will take!!  BE SURE TO HAVE PARENT PERMISSION AND SUPERVISION.
